While our research and development activities are on-going, we have become advocates for ensuring the integrity of visco memory foam products. South Bay International is committed to manufacturing only 100% pure visco memory products. At South Bay International, we independently test and verify that our products are 100% pure visco-memory foam with no added fillers, such as clay. South Bay International is the only American company which owns its own overseas factory. This gives us ultimate control over our end product. We feel that visco-memory foam products are being degraded due to the fact that some foam companies use fillers that adversely affect the unique characteristics of visco-memory foam, and therefore produce an inferior product. It is our professional opinion that the utility life of mattresses made with ‘clay fillers’ are dramatically decreased.

South Bay International had purchased foam in the past, but found it imperative to the future success of our
business that we ensure the quality of our product. Therefore, we built our own foam factory and we staff it with
quality control personnel whom have put strict controls in place to ensure the highest quality visco-memory foam is produced. Our product is also tested in regular intervals by a third party testing laboratory.
